Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.leinos.in (the “Site”), operated by LEINOS ORGANIC PAINTS PVT. LTD. (“LEINOS India”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing or using the Site, contacting us through any form, email, telephone, or WhatsApp channel listed on it, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a brand and product-information portal for LEINOS natural paints, operated by the authorised LEINOS distributor in India. It is not an e-commerce platform. We do not sell directly to end customers and do not display prices on the Site.

Purchases of LEINOS products are made through authorised dealers and resellers. Pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and after-sales handling are subject to the terms of the dealer concerned. We facilitate introductions and provide product information.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law to use enquiry forms, request samples, or apply for dealership. By using these features you confirm that you meet these criteria.

All content on the Site — including the LEINOS® name and logo, product names, photographs, illustrations, technical data sheets (TDS), safety data sheets (SDS), application guides, shade catalogues, project case studies, copy, animations, and the underlying code — is the property of LEINOS India, of its parent manufacturer Reincke Naturfarben GmbH (Germany), or of their respective licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You may:

• View, download, and print pages or technical documents for your personal, non-commercial reference
• Quote technical data sheets when specifying LEINOS products in architectural or interior-design documentation, provided the source is credited
• Share links to pages on this Site

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Reproduce, republish, redistribute, or sell content from the Site in any commercial channel
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the LEINOS name, logo, or product imagery to imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorised dealership where none exists
• Use any automated means (scrapers, bots, content miners) to extract bulk content from the Site

We take care to keep product descriptions, technical data, colour swatches, and application guidance on the Site as accurate as possible, and to align them with the source documents published by Reincke Naturfarben GmbH.

Even so, the Site is informational. Final purchasing, specification, and application decisions should be made against:

• The current Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the specific product
• The current Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
• The label on the actual product container at the point of use
• A sample applied on the actual substrate, under your project’s lighting and ambient conditions

Colour reproduction on a screen or in print is approximate. Natural wood, mineral, and lime surfaces in particular show batch-, substrate-, and lighting-dependent variation that no digital swatch can fully predict. Always confirm a shade against a physical sample drawdown.

The Site does not substitute for professional advice. For specification, surface preparation, or large-area application, we recommend consulting an authorised LEINOS dealer or a qualified painter/applicator.

When you submit an enquiry, request a sample, ask for a dealer referral, or apply for dealership through the Site, you authorise LEINOS India and, where relevant, an authorised LEINOS dealer to contact you through the channels you have provided in connection with that enquiry. How we handle the personal data you share is described in our Privacy Policy.

Submission of an enquiry does not create a binding offer or a purchase contract. Any sale of LEINOS product is concluded only at the dealer level, on the dealer’s terms, and once invoiced.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s personal information
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security mechanisms
• Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems
• Send spam, mass automated messages, or unsolicited commercial content through our forms, email addresses, or WhatsApp number
• Misrepresent yourself as a LEINOS employee, dealer, or authorised representative

We reserve the right to refuse service, block access, or take legal action in response to misuse.

The Site links to third-party resources — the global LEINOS site (leinos.de), certification bodies, dealer pages, and social media. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, products, or policies of those sites.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, LEINOS India, Reincke Naturfarben GmbH, their affiliates, dealers, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall LEINOS India or the parties listed above be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LEINOS India, Reincke Naturfarben GmbH, their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Site, or revise these Terms, at any time. The “Last updated” date below indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change has been posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site, or your use of it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
